I was really surprised to find a Thai restaurant like this in Lake Forest (of all places hah). I use to live in Lake Forest and never once visited here, even though I saw it on my drive to work. Man, shame on me.

I think this is a great family restaurant to go to without having to travel far to feel like you're getting a treat. Inside, it's nice enough for a date night and prices that won't break the piggy bank. Also, they use a bit of their elbow grease on the presentation of their food. Nothing too crazy, but something I noticed and appreciated.

Even though I thought it wasn't bad overall, I was told by my boyfriend that the quality in the food has gone down. So hopefully, things pick up again because I am rooting for this local treat.

I love pad thai, but don't get it often. Decided to get it this time with a spicy 8 level. That got my taste buds going. I enjoyed it, but again I am not picky, so can't say it was the best ever.

I don't like crunchy noodles, but add sauce that makes it's somewhat soft and yum! The veggies were very fresh and clean. Needs a bit more flavor though.

Fresh Mango Tofu* $8.99
Tofu and fresh mango delicates stir-fried in a sweet chili mango sauce served with rice
*Suppose to be crispy chicken, but we sub with tofu

If you really like mango, then go for it, but nothing to crazy awesome about it though.

Yum, yum~
