Chuao Chocolatier (pronounced chew-WOW) is the first Venezuelan Chocolatier based in the United States and Southern California’s premier artisan chocolatier. I heard great things about their artisan chocolates, but haven’t gotten around to checking it out. Hopefully sometime soon though! I really want to try their signature flavor chocolate, Spicy Maya, a modern twist on the Mayan’s ancient hot chocolate recipe made with pasilla chile and cayenne pepper. Not sure if I will like it, but I hope so! There are some many health benefits to cayenne pepper that I always love another excuse to eat some more dark chocolates
