Did a quick trip to Joshua Tree to check out the full moon last weekend. I originally wanted to check out Natural Sister Cafe, but it was closed due to the holiday. So I headed over to Ricochet, which is practically next door. They were slammed, so they weren’t taking anymore food orders. Thankfully, I was able to get a date shake still. Last time I had one was about a year ago at Bravo Farms, so I was pretty stoked.

Ricochet is very intimate with only 3 tables. They also are a little shop that sells affordable wine, food, music, art, and cute aprons (they even have a vintage store just a few stores down).

Love, love, love date shakes! Can't really find them in San Diego too much so I think of them as an extra special treat.

Yes, a rare tasty find indeed!

I heard Evolution Fast Food has a Carob Date Shake (coconut milk, carob powder, dates, vanilla ice cream). Maybe one of these days I will venture over there to check it out ;)
