Oh ya, how can you not be excited for the Grilled Cheese Invitational (GCI)? This year is the 10th annual GIC and I have still never been. I almost went last year, but failed. This year, nothing is stopping me even though I have a race in San Diego the next morning hah.
Not only do they have a crazy grilled cheese cooking contest with four categories, but there is also a costume contest, cheese yelling contest, and poetry contest! What the insane awesomeness! So get your tickets now and participate in the crazy fun before the event sells out.
I have a solution for the “it's not spicy enough” girl: two words…cayenne butter! Tried and tested…it's A-mazing! Too bad you didn't get tix on time to be a judge
