Another awesome charity event  is happening this month. On Friday,June 22nd The Positive Plate is hosting A Taste of Summer at Liberty Station. 

The eventis bringing together 10 of San Diego’s best chefs from Alchemy, Urban Solace,Casa de Luz, Gabardine, JSix, Carnitas, Café Chloe, Cups, Kitchen 4140, and SeaRocket Bistro to create a variety of unique small plates and hors d’oeuvres. With sustainability as the evening’s theme, all disheswill be made using local, organic, and seasonal ingredients, while highlightingthe creativity of each participating restaurant. Indulge in delicious desserts and a hosted bar, whilelistening to live music, bidding on the silent auction, and mingling with SanDiego locals.
Tickets are only $60 and include:
  • Limitless tray passed hors d’oeuvres and small plates from every participating restaurant
  • Hosted bar with craft beer, local wine, and signature organic cocktails
  • Live entertainment throughout the evening
  • Complimentary gift bag with massage certificate, organic shirt, & more
  • Free parking
Proceeds from the event benefit Olivewood Gardens & Learning Center, SanDiego Hunger Coalition, and Ecofficiency.Org – three local non-profitsdedicated to health, nutrition, and sustainability.
