Pasadena Event: LA Street Food Fest

Published on: Jul 18 2012 by jenny

The LA Street Food Fest returns with its 3rd Annual Summer Tasting Event taking place at the Rose Bowl on July 21st.

This is one of my favorite summer food festivals in Southern California. This is because the event was well organized with a great line-up of over 75 participants! For the most part, the lines were manageable (or that could of been because of last year’s carmageddon). Sample signature bites from a selection of  street food vendors, old school carts and stands, celebrity chefs, and LA’s best restaurants. More importantly, the all-inclusive ticket price is reasonable. Just pay once and get ready to eat and drink your heart out.

Man, so stuffed and sadly wasn’t able to try all the vendors. Maybe this year ;) Hope to see many of you at the event this year. I highly recommend bringing a decent sized bag to carry some of the goodies.

This festival was complimentary and provided by SauceLA. I was not compensated for the review and all the opinions are my own.

Wow, very jealous that you got to try Mission 19. Sometimes Javiar Plascencia comes up to do events in SD and I really want to try.

Have you seen that Coolhaus is now selling sandwiches in some Whole Foods?

  2. Jenny Cleary says:

Yes, you should be very jealous ;) But TJ isn't that far from SD either. So go soon!

Ohh I didn't know Coolhaus sells to some Whole Foods. That's awesome and really happy for them. They also have a B&M and been meaning to visit their new home.

Pencil in this event for next year Rodzilla :)
